Everyone here approves of the resolution of the Council of Munich.[1] Today, we sent you several publications. Others will be sent tomorrow. Here is a letter for Wyckaert[2] that you should all sign, then address to him (Hoogstraat 16, Alsemberg). It is the official announcement of his exclusion. It is better if it comes from Munich.
We expect Spur #5 very soon.
Quite cordially to all,[1] Cf. I[nternationale] S[ituationniste] #6, p. 40.
[2] See below.
Our telegram was precisely an ultimatum, which is how you must have seen it. We don't want a supplement of false information. Since our conditions haven't been met, we henceforth act for ourselves.
In truth, we have no reason to have confidence in your friend Van de Loo, who has very imprudently chosen to mix himself up in questions that greatly surpass his small capacities as an art dealer (see the February issue of Vernissage[4]). In this affair, we addressed ourselves to you as to a responsible situationist; not as a doorman for Van de Loo. Coming from you, this beautiful indifference for the vague affairs of Van de Loo and the SI is quite amusing.
